Very nice Stay with Fantastic Tech Features!
quick check-in comfortable bed varied breakfast
The check-in was super quick and easy! The complimentary still and sparkling water were a lovely touch. I really appreciated all the small, nice extras . The bed was comfortable, and I loved the varied breakfast options they offer.
One minor issue was the elevator. There were longer wait times due to one being out of service.

Acceptable but flawed experience
elevator malfunction inconvenient sink
The room was acceptably quiet during my work stay.
Only one elevator was working. The wait times were excessive. The sink was in the room itself and not in the bathroom, I didn't like that.

The staff were helpful. The location was nice and convenient.
The room was stuffy. i found the ac to be malfunctioning and it barely provided any ventilation. i had to switch rooms. It was a poor experience.

kind staff clean room easy check-in small portions reheated food dishonest practice
the staff was so kind. the hotel and my room were very clean and well managed. i was happy check-in was easy and fast (perfect after a long journey!).
chicken portions were very small on the dinner menu. i was a bit disappointed to find out they reheat frozen food. they should tell guests that before, it seems a bit dishonest!!!
